WSTDA Quick Pulse Survey: A
Useful Marketplace Gauge 4th Quarter 2012 Results Are In
WSTDA’s 2012 4th Quarter “Quick Pulse
Survey” reflects the broader national economy’s cautious optimism, with
participating members holding a cautious outlook for steady business

Compliance Issues Under the
Immigration Reform and Control Act
There is far more to IRCA (Immigration
Reform and Control Act of 1986) than having new hires fill out the I-9
forms. The IRCA of 1986 does primarily three things: 1) it requires
employers to fill out I-9 forms for new hires, evidencing their
authorization to work in the US; 2) it prohibits discrimination on the
basis of citizenship and national origin; and 3) it prohibits
retaliation for exercising rights under IRCA.

If your company has a social media policy
